The After Sales Service Specialist plays a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships by offering top-notch support after the sale is complete. This position involves managing customer concerns, coordinating with various departments for issue resolution, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers.
Priorities
· Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve post-purchase issues.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to improve service quality.
• Contact customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.
Responsibilities
· Management and coordination of technical interventions on customer sites;
• Management and coordination of the identification, quotation, and supply of spare parts;
• Authorization and organization of all external interventions by qualified personnel;
• Evaluation of intervention costs;
• Direct management of relationships and financial negotiations with external suppliers for travel activities;
• Support in organizing staff travel and managing related documentation;
• Preparation of minutes of meetings with technicians upon their return from the trip
Required skills and qualifications
· Technical diploma or degree in a technical-engineering discipline;
• Previous experience in a similar role and managing foreign clients, preferably in a company specializing in the production of custom machinery or systems;
• Excellent knowledge of English;
· Team working and problem-solving attitude
· Product Knowledge or strong technical background
· Customer Oriented
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
